The LowCountry Land Conservation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the community on the importance of local lowcountry farming and the need for farm conservation. Lowcountry farms provide a valuable service to the Charleston region both economically and nutritionally.
The LowCountry Land Conservation’s mission is to support and teach the community about the need to conserve local farming. They want to tell the Lowcountry Farmers’ story through education, sanctuary, and community programs and involvement. Their amazing team of farmers and volunteers are committed to teaching the community about the importance and requirements of growing healthy local products and livestock.
As the Charleston and surrounding regions continue to grow, the LowCounty Farm Conservation was formed to support programs for farmers, educate the community on local farming and livestock practices, livestock sanctuary, and many other future projects.
